The Zia’s managers, Eva Nickell, Sam Treece, Sonia Alas, Julie Dolan and Kate Tyler oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, training staff to exceed the expectations of our guests.

Marcy Walsh, our Bar Manager, makes certain that our bar is the best in town- from Margaritas to Mojitos, Pisco Sours, Martinis, a great reasonably-priced wine list and draft beers.
