Event Description

Aspen Santa Fe Ballet’s first program this summer is an adventurous sampling of choreographers and dance styles. Featuring brand-new work by Spanish choreographer Cayetano Soto and ASFB’s newest discovery, Norbert De La Cruz (whose piece Square None had the dance-world buzzing last year), as well as Trey McIntyre’s cheeky Like a Samba; this program showcases ASFB’s commitment to innovative new work.

“This small and ambitious company commissions pieces from little known dance makers and helps those artists develop. This is noble and necessary work.” -The New York Times
