Zia's Special StaffHead Chef, Ahmed Obo, a native of Lamu, Kenya, cooked in New York City before moving to Santa Fe in 1994, works closely with sous-chef, John Chipman, on the extensive menu and daily specials, using the freshest ingredients and local produce. The Zia’s managers, Ahmed Obo, Eva Nickell, Joseph Crespin and Julie Dolan oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, attending requests, and training the staff to meet our highest expectations. Marcy Walsh is our happy bar manager. |
